In the first part of this two-part preview for the upcoming episode of CBS's "The Red Line," Daniel Calder (Noah Wyle) and Jira Calder-Brennan (Aliyah Royale) meet with a victim's family, where Daniel offers a heartfelt apology for the actions of the officer involved in the shooting death of their son. Meanwhile, Vic Reynolds (Emayatzy Corinealdi) is haunted by the shooting and turns to her wife, Tia Young (Victoria Cartagena), for support. The preview also shows the arrival of Paul Calder (Oliver Platt), Daniel's estranged brother, who is determined to get justice for his nephew.
