The official synopsis for the episode reads: "Jane receives an unwanted assignment to interview a prominent feminist author, Jacqueline tries to regain her control at Scarlet, and Kat struggles with her new boyfriend's insecurities."

Jane is initially excited about the interview, but she quickly becomes overwhelmed by the pressure to write a perfect article.
