The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is a sequel to the 2014 film The Lego Movie and is the second installment in the Lego film series. The film is directed by Mike Mitchell from a screenplay by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who also wrote the story with Matthew Fogel. The film stars Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Ferrell, Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, and Charlie Day. The film follows Emmet Brickowski, Lucy Wyldstyle, and their friends as they travel to the Systar System to rescue their friends from the evil Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi.
