"Hawaii Five-0" is an American police procedural television series set in Honolulu, Hawaii. The series is a reboot of the original "Hawaii Five-0" series that aired from 1968 to 1980. The new series premiered on CBS on September 20, 2010, and is currently in its ninth season. The series follows the Five-0 Task Force, a special police unit led by Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Danny Williams (Scott Caan). The team investigates major crimes in the state of Hawaii, and often works with the Honolulu Police Department.
