Marvel Studios' "Ant-Man and the Wasp" is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same name. The film is the sequel to 2015's "Ant-Man" and the 20th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Peyton Reed and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, with Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Peña, Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, Tip "T.I." Harris, David Dastmalchian, Hannah John-Kamen, Walton Goggins, and Laurence Fishburne starring. In the film, Scott Lang (Rudd) and Hope van Dyne (Lilly) team up to fight a new threat while trying to balance their personal and superhero lives.
