A.P. Bio is an upcoming NBC sitcom. The show follows Jack Griffin, a disgraced Harvard philosophy scholar who is forced to move back to his hometown of Toledo, Ohio and teach high school biology. Despite his initial reluctance, Jack soon realizes that he enjoys teaching and mentoring his students. A.P. Bio stars Glenn Howerton (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) as Jack Griffin, Patton Oswalt (Veep) as Principal Durbin, Mary Sohn (Arrested Development) as Mary Wagner, and Lyric Lewis (The Middle) as Stef Duncan. The show was created by Mike O'Brien (Saturday Night Live). A.P. Bio is set to premiere on NBC on September 21, 2018.
