In the Fade, based on the novel of the same name by Deniz Ohde, follows Katja Sekerci (Diane Kruger), a mother whose husband and son are killed in a terrorist attack. Desperate for justice, Katja becomes entangled in a web of lies and corruption as she seeks to uncover the truth behind the tragedy. The clip from the movie, entitled "Friends," provides a glimpse into Katja's shattered world and her unwavering determination to find the people responsible for the senseless loss of her loved ones.
