The Brave is an American military drama television series created by Dean Georgaris and produced by Keshet Productions, Universal Television and Amblin Television, which aired on NBC. The series follows the missions of an elite Special Operations Unit (SOU) as they investigate and defuse global threats. The first season of The Brave premiered on September 25, 2017, and ran for 13 episodes before being canceled on May 11, 2018.
