Kingsman: The Golden Circle is an upcoming action comedy film directed by Matthew Vaughn and written by Jane Goldman and Vaughn. The film is based on the comic book series of the same name by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, and is a sequel to the 2014 film Kingsman: The Secret Service. The film stars Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Edward Holcroft, Sophie Cookson, Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges, and Julianne Moore. The film follows Eggsy (Egerton), a young man who is recruited into the Kingsman, a secret organization of British spies. In this sequel, Eggsy and his fellow Kingsman agents must team up with the American counterpart organization, Statesman, to defeat a new global threat.
