"The Emoji Movie" is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Sony Pictures Animation and distributed by Columbia Pictures. The film is based on the Unicode emojis and stars T.J. Miller, James Corden, Anna Faris, Maya Rudolph, and Patrick Stewart. In this clip from the movie, we meet Gene (Miller), an emoji who is born with multiple expressions, which is a big no-no in Emoji Valley. As a result, he is sent to the "loser lounge" and meets other misfit emojis, including Hi-5 (Corden) and Jailbreak (Faris). Together, they set out on a quest to find the code that will fix Gene and allow him to become a "normal" emoji.
