In the animated film The Emoji Movie, a new emoji must save Textopolis from a total emoji meltdown. The movie follows the adventures of Gene, a multi-expressional emoji, as he leaves his home of Textopolis to find out how to become a "normal" emoji. Along the way, he meets a number of other emojis, including Hi-5, a high-energy emoji, and Jailbreak, a rebellious emoji. Together, they must work together to save Textopolis before it's too late.
