NCIS: New Orleans, the spin-off of the popular crime procedural NCIS, follows the work of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in the Big Easy. In Season 3, Episode 21, "Sister City (Part One)," the team investigates a murder at a local Mardi Gras celebration. When it becomes clear that the victim was a member of the NCIS office in New Orleans, Pride and his team must work together to bring the killer to justice.
