In the action-packed movie CHiPs, Dax Shepard and Michael Peña star as Jon and Frank, two motorcycle officers of the California Highway Patrol. The movie follows their adventures as they patrol the highways and keep the peace. In this clip, Jon and Frank are called to investigate a road rage incident. When they arrive on the scene, they find a man named Mike (played by Adam Brody) who is irate and threatening to harm himself and others. Jon and Frank must use all of their skills and training to calm Mike down and de-escalate the situation.
