Frontier is a historical drama television series created by Brad Wright and John Vatcher. The series premiered on Discovery Channel Canada on November 6, 2016, and on Netflix on January 20, 2017. The series follows the adventures of Declan Harp (Jason Momoa), a half-Irish, half-Cree trapper who fights to protect his family and his way of life in the fur trade-dominated Canadian frontier in the late 18th century.
