In this sneak peek from the eighth episode of season three of TNT's "Murder in the First," Detective Terry English (Taye Diggs) and Hildy Mulligan (Kathleen Robertson) interview a psychiatrist about a patient accused of murder. The psychiatrist, Dr. Adrian Powell (guest star Michael O'Neill), has a history with English, and the interrogation quickly becomes tense. English and Mulligan are determined to get to the truth, but Dr. Powell is equally determined to protect his patient. As the interview progresses, it becomes clear that there is more to this case than meets the eye.
