Fresh Off the Boat is an American sitcom television series that premiered on ABC on February 4, 2015. The series is based on the life of chef and food personality Eddie Huang and his family's immigration from Taiwan to the United States in the 1990s. The series stars Hudson Yang as Eddie, Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Ian Chen as Evan, and Forrest Wheeler as Emery.
