Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is an American animated television series based on the Marvel Comics team of the same name. The series follows the Guardians as they travel through space, protecting the galaxy from villains and threats. The series premiered on Disney XD on September 26, 2015, and ran for three seasons, ending on October 9, 2019. The series was developed by Steve Loter and executive produced by Loter, James Gunn, Cort Lane, Alan Fine, Joe Quesada, and Stan Lee.
