Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is an American television series created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon, and Maurissa Tancharoen for ABC. The series is based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division) and follows the adventures of Agent Phil Coulson and his team of agents as they investigate strange and dangerous phenomena around the world. In the Season 3, Episode 13 preview, Coulson and his team are on the hunt for a powerful artifact that could be used to destroy the world. The team must race against time to find the artifact before it falls into the wrong hands.
