Orphan Black Season 4 has just released its second promo video and it looks like Sarah and her clones are in for a wild ride. The video opens with Sarah being held captive by Rachel Duncan, the ruthless head of Dyad Institute. Rachel taunts Sarah, telling her that she is nothing more than a pawn in her game. However, Sarah is not one to back down from a challenge. She vows to fight back and take down Dyad once and for all.
