The Shannara Chronicles is an American fantasy television series based on the Shannara novels by Terry Brooks. The series premiered on MTV on January 5, 2016. The show follows the adventures of Wil Ohmsford, a half-elf who must embark on a quest to save the Four Lands from an evil demon. In the ninth episode of the first season, "Reaper", Wil and his companions must face off against the Reaper, a powerful demon who threatens to destroy the world.
