In this preview of the upcoming episode of Gotham, "Mad City: The Executioner," Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) investigate a series of murders committed by a vigilante known as the Executioner, who is targeting corrupt city officials. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) continues his training with Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova), and Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) sets her sights on taking over Gotham. The episode also features the first appearance of Theo Galavan (James Frain), a wealthy businessman with a dark past.
