NBC has released the first promo for the upcoming 17th season of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." The promo features a montage of clips from the new season, as well as a glimpse of the new cast members, including Peter Scanavino as ADA Dominick "Sonny" Carisi Jr. and Raúl Esparza as ADA Rafael Barba. The promo also teases the return of some familiar faces, including Mariska Hargitay as Captain Olivia Benson and Ice-T as Detective Odafin Tutuola.
