The Fosters is an American family drama television series created by Peter Paige and Bradley Bredeweg that aired on ABC Family and then Freeform from June 3, 2013, to June 6, 2018. The series follows the lives of the Foster family, a blended family of adoptive and biological children, and their two mothers, Stef Foster and Lena Adams. In the clip from episode 3.08, "Justify the Means," Stef and Lena are arguing about how to deal with Brandon's (David Lambert) drinking problem. Stef believes that Brandon needs to face consequences for his actions, while Lena wants to be more understanding and supportive.
