When Walden voices his frustration with Jenny having taken up residence in the room he had planned to use as a gym, Alan has Jenny move in with Evelyn and Marty instead. As Jenny bonds with Evelyn and takes up more and more of her time, her presence begins to negatively affect Evelyn and Marty's sex life. After Jenny confides in Walden about feeling like an unwanted guest in both Evelyn and Walden's homes, Walden realizes that Jenny has become part of his family and invites her to return to the beach house. Meanwhile, Alan becomes Lyndsey's gigolo when her current boyfriend Larry is unable to please her in bed. Alan finds himself wanting to be in a relationship with her again and confronts her about his concerns. Lyndsey threatens to stop sleeping with him if he can't accept their casual arrangement and Alan caves in to her demand.
