Synopsis

With the trial now getting national attention, Josh's (Nicholas D'Agosto) boss, Mr. Mankiewicz has decided to take over the case, throwing the team into turmoil. Meanwhile, when Mankiewicz suggests Larry (John Lithgow) plead insanity, Josh and Carol Anne Keane (Jayma Mays) must work together to convince Larry to stand trial.
