The Cloud 9 employees discover that a store upgrade isn't all that it's cracked up to be.
When corporate announces that the store is getting an upgrade, Amy (America Ferrera), Jonah (Ben Feldman) and Dina (Lauren Ash) set out to discover the pros and cons. Meanwhile, Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom) accidentally volunteers to be Glenn's (Mark McKinney) surrogate, and tries to get out of it.
