As Rachel becomes increasingly overwhelmed by school and work, as well as her increasing anxiety about her feelings for Logan, Mike's own worries grow as he looks for a way out of taking Charles Forstman's money. With a new block of Gillis Industries shares set to hit the market, Mike hopes he can bluff Harvey into backing off. But Harvey sees through his former protege's play, and he and Jessica instruct Jeff Malone to find a way around the TRO that is stopping Logan Sanders from bidding on those shares himself, a command that Jeff doesn't feel entirely comfortable with.
Elsewhere, Louis vows to help Donna prepare for her upcoming return to the stage, and Donna considers returning the favor.
At the same time, Mike and Harvey prepare to battle it out for the Gillis shares, but when Rachel is taken to the hospital for exhaustion, the former-colleagues-turned-rivals decide to set aside their differences for a night. But just because they've called a momentary truce doesn't mean the rest of the combatants in this fight have set aside their swords. And meanwhile, Sean Cahill is still out there, and he's just waiting for Harvey to let his guard down...
