Sex! It seems like it's on the minds of everyone in Chicago, and definitely everyone in Ambulance 14. Though the wedding didn't work out, things are hotter than ever between Johnny and Theresa, and when he finds the perfect vacant apartment in a building owned by a trust-funder who nearly got too cocky with a peanut allergy, Johnny decides that he and his lady are going to move in and make it their personal sex palace.

Cut to a month later, when all that heat has fizzled into Netflix surfing sessions on the sofa. Yup, Johnny and T are domesticated! Johnny points out that by his calculations they're actually having as much sex as they used to...just more spread out, ya know? Hank points out that only someone who isn't having sex would calculate how much sex he is having.

Brian, too, is finding it hard to balance sex and contentment, as his fantasy of maintaining an asexual relationship with Voodoo is butting up against his reality of constant masturbation.

Hank seems to be the only one in the rig who's getting any, but when his teammates call him out on backsliding into meaningless hookups after his previous declaration of turning over a new leaf and settling down, he decides to keep the fact that he's started seeing Johnny's new landlord to himself.

Meanwhile, Johnny decides it's time for he and Theresa to reignite that spark! That suits T - whose competitive nature kicks in when she learns that Billy and Maeve are not only dating but also screwing like bunnies - just fine. But when Theresa wants to take things in a new direction, it brings up a very sensitive, very painful event from Johnny's sexual past...
