Royal Pains Episode 2.09 Frenemies

It turns out not all publicity is good publicity; Hamptons Heritage, led by Dr. Blair, is fighting Jill's plan to have HankMed operate the new community clinic, and they're starting with a hatchet job in the local paper. While Jill and the HankMed team consider how best to respond, they continue to go about their business: helping sick people. They start with a 7-year-old boy with some mysterious recurring symptoms, who just so happens to be the son of Dr. Blair. Unfortunately Jake's unexplained illness isn't the only problem the kid is facing: his recently separated parents are feuding, and it's taking a toll on everyone - not least of all Jake.

As Paige and Evan's faux-relationship continues, Evan faces complications of his own. In his efforts to please Paige and impress her father, Evan accidentally signs himself up for an early-morning hunting expedition. There's really only one way for Evan + guns to end: badly. Still, the chemistry between Evan and Paige is undeniable. Could Evan's fake relationship be turning into something real?

Meanwhile, in other Lawson Brothers romantic news, Hank and Emily's relationship is heating up. When Hank gets a frantic call from Jake, both doctors spring into action.
