Synopsis

Vance is going to have negotiations with representatives from Venezuela. He sends for Parker who finds Vance with blood all over him and a dead man in his office. Vance reveals the man is his inside man with the Venezuelans and he is assigned to a Venezuelan admiral Vance will be meeting. So he wants the body removed and brought back to his hotel where he could be found and they can investigate. They do that and when the body is found they investigate but they find another body in the room.
