Synopsis

Casa Roma, a Lancaster, CA, Italian eatery, packs in the customers at the bar, but the restaurant is nearly empty every single night. With a kitchen staff that has no idea what's going on, outdated decor, and owners who have zero restaurant experience, this is not going to be easy! The experience is off to a bad start when the food for Ramsay's taste test takes more than an hour and he falls asleep in the booth!
