The red and blue teams face off in two challenges, with eight chefs competing in the first hour and seven in the second. First up: a blind taste test and a dinner service featuring steak.Then the seven remaining chefs visit New York City, where they tour BLT Steak (the future home for the winner) and take bites of the Big Apple's cornucopia of ethnic foods before preparing ethnic dishes themselves. At dinner service, sea bass trips up both teams, and one chef is dismissed after it's over.
