After a combative night in "Hell's Kitchen," Chef Ramsay has a plan to keep the contestants in the line of fire. As the competitors are sleeping, a group of soldiers storm the dorm and wake the home chefs for the next challenge. But before it can begin, Gina announces to Chef Ramsay that she has a personal issue and needs to leave the competition immediately.

After she departs, Chef Ramsay tells the remaining players that the previous dinner service would have gone more smoothly if they had practiced better teamwork. Then the soldiers give a display of what teamwork looks like as they help each other scale a wall.

After the demonstration, Chef Ramsay tells the contestants it's their turn to work together. Each player must scale a wall and then go into a live lobster cage to grab a shellfish. The teams have five minutes to grab as many lobsters as possible. At the end of that time, the Red Team has gathered 31 lobsters, but the men manage to pull out 37.

Rather than giving the men a reward, Chef Ramsay delivers the bad news that this was only the first part of the challenge. He sends them upstairs to get into their chef jackets. While there, Anthony calls in a medic to look at his ankle, which was injured scaling the wall. But he refuses to go to the hospital and heads to the kitchen with the other chefs.

Now Chef Ramsay gives them the real challenge - cleaning the lobsters they just gathered. The teams have ten minutes to extract the meat from as many lobsters as they can. In the end, the Blue Team cleans eight and the Red Team prepares 11. Once again the women get the win.

As a reward, the women gets to spend the day on an 85-foot luxury yacht and are treated to champagne and fresh sushi followed by a luxurious massage. The men are left behind to contend with fish delivery day. They need to gut, de-fin, scale and portion hundreds of pounds of seafood.

That night, when the doors to "Hell's Kitchen" open, in addition to Chef Ramsay's classic dishes, the menu also features a lobster special served tableside by Nedra for the Red Team and Jeremy for the Blue.

The pressure is on Mary and Danielle to get service in the Red Kitchen off to a good start. But the first risotto that comes to the pass has too much wine. Meanwhile, in the Blue Kitchen, Christian and Zach overcook the scallops. Both teams are off to a shaky start.

In the Red Kitchen, Danielle still can't get the risotto to Chef Ramsay's liking, so Ja'Nel schools Mary and Danielle on how to make the appetizer properly. Back on the Blue Team, the men continue to have problems with the scallops.

Thanks to Ja'Nel, the women are back on track. Ninety minutes into dinner service, food is finally leaving the Red Kitchen at a steady pace.

But the Blue Side hits another snag when they deliver raw lamb to the pass. Chef Ramsay kicks the entire team out of the kitchen. Back in the dorm, the men ponder their predicament.

Susan and Ja'Nel now have the task of moving the meat entrees to the pass. But another plate of raw lamb sends the whole Red Team up to the dorms to join the men. And with that, dinner service shuts down.

Chef Ramsay refuses to name a winning team, so each group must select two individuals they think should leave "Hell's Kitchen." The men nominate Jeremy and Christian, while the women put up Danielle and Mary. Each chef is given the chance to defend themself, but in the end Chef Ramsay sends Christian home.
