Thrilled that Robyn has been moved over to the Blue Team, the Red Team women decide they need to come together from here on. After the big shakeup, both teams hope to leave last night's disappointing dinner service behind them and focus on their next challenge, as Chef Gordon Ramsay unveils the Hell's Kitchen craps table.

Each player will roll a die covered with alphabet letters rather than the traditional dots. The competitors must then choose an ingredient starting with the letter they roll. Their team will use all of these ingredients to come up with one stunning dish.

First up is the Blue Team. Clemenza rolls an "H" and picks heirloom tomatoes. Justin selects daikon and Robyn chooses dragon fruit when they both roll a "D." Brian draws a blank when he rolls an "E" and blurts out, "Edamame." Royce finally provides the team with a protein when he rolls a "C" and asks for chicken.

The Red Team is up next. Tiffany starts of with a "C" and chooses chicory. Barbie takes lamb for her "L," and Kimmie adds turnips with a "T." Dana throws in Brussels sprouts with her "B," and Christina finishes it off with truffles after she rolls a "T."

The chefs then have 30 minutes to cook a stunning dish. The women quickly come together to design a fall harvest meal, while the men struggle to find something to tie their odd ingredients together. Brian decides to make sushi with the dragon fruit.

The Red Team presents an herb-crusted rack of lamb with roasted Brussels sprouts. Chef Ramsay says that Barbie's lamb is perfectly cooked, but the sprouts are too crunchy. The Blue Team offers up a chicken roulade and a daikon sushi roll. Chef Ramsay calls it delicious and says that the sushi was clever. Although the chicken is overcooked, he chooses the Blue Team as the winners.

As a reward they get to spend 24 hours in the high rollers' suite at the Las Vegas Paris Hotel, home of Gordon Ramsay Steak. Meanwhile, back at Hell's Kitchen the women are going to be up all night to baste the pork every hour for the next evening's dinner service.

After being on pig patrol instead of sleeping, the women wake up to more work in the kitchen. The Blue Team strolls back in, energized by their trip to Vegas. Chef Ramsay arrives and informs the contestants that again there will be guests at the chefs' tables. The Blue Kitchen will be serving Lee DeWyze and Haley Reinhart from "American Idol," while the women will be hosting soccer superstar David Beckham.

As the Red Team gets to work on some very important appetizers, in the Blue Kitchen it's up to Clemenza on the fish station to get dinner service off to a good start. Chef Ramsay is unhappy with Clemenza's first try at scallops, but his next attempt passes muster. Over in the Red Kitchen, Dana hopes to score with her flatbread but struggles with the pizza oven.

The Blue Kitchen has mystifying flatbread issues as well. Robyn helps out with the pizza and proves her worth to her new team. When they're finally served, the "America Idol" VIPs in the Blue Kitchen sing the praises of their food. Meanwhile, the Red Team has continued to push out appetizers, and when Tiffany delivers a perfect order of scallops, they move on to entrees.

Robyn emerges as a leader in the Blue Kitchen, and the men are impressed. With Robyn steering the ship, they've finished most of their appetizers. Now Royce on meat needs to keep the flow going on entrees, but Chef Ramsay is displeased with his inconsistent Wellingtons.

When Royce can't figure out the timing for delivering the meat, Chef Ramsay takes the Blue Team, minus Robyn, to a back room rather than yell at them in front of the special guests. As they get schooled, Robyn holds down the fort by herself.

Over in the Red Kitchen, the women have served more than half of their entrees, and Chef Ramsay is hoping that Barbie on meat and Tiffany on fish continue to deliver perfectly cooked food. Their momentum is interrupted, however, when they deliver cod instead of sea bass. They manage to recover from the fish mixup.

Back in the Blue Kitchen, the men have returned to their stations. With Royce on meat and Clemenza on fish, they're ready to prove that they paid attention to Chef Ramsay's pep talk. But their cod and pork chops fail to make the grade.

The women's entrees score high marks with David Beckham. Thanks to Barbie's perfect run on meat, the Red Team is almost finished with their entrees. But in the Blue Kitchen it's a completely different story, as the chefs are still attempting to serve their first table of entrees. Chef Ramsay leaves Dana on desserts in the Red Kitchen and brings the rest of the women into the Blue Kitchen to double up on the men's stations.

With Christina leading the way, the women take control of the entrees. At last, all the diners and the VIPs are served. Chef Ramsay thanks the Red Team for one of the best services they've ever had.

Then the Blue Team is asked to nominate two individuals for elimination. They choose Royce for his problems with the meat and Clemenza due to his issues with the scallops. In the end, Chef Ramsay decides to send Royce home.
