Jordan's not connecting so well with Casey, her big sis. See, Jordan's a tomboy with three big brothers, and she play softball -- the total opposite of Casey. Casey keeps trying to get her to feel the sisterhood spirit, but Jordan keeps turning her down for hang time to do things like play poker at the KT house. Casey tries to boost that ZBZ spirit by bestowing beloved ZBZ heirloom Mr. Purrs-a-lot on Jordan, but after the plush toy falls victim to a particularly terrible prank, AShleigh and Casey decide to have a talk with her. Jordan tries to make them understand she's just... different, but they think the cure is a makeover. Oh, girls.

In the meantime, Frannie's still trying to make Casey's life hell. She baits her into a contest to see which sorority wins. At first Casey refuses, but then she says whatevs and agrees to a karaoke contest. But just as Jordan decides to turn in her pink cardigan and leave Sorority Row for good, they come up with a better paln to crush the Ickies: dodgeball! The match is hard and close, but Jordan saves the day and the ZBZ's rep with her winning throw. Maybe sisterhood's not so bad after all.

Off the court, Frannie's taking the high road with Evan and his townie tryst... sorta. she decides she and her man still have a working relationship, even if the romantic part isn't working. She's that determined to be a Chambers (and to keep her house funded, maybe?). Evan doesn't puut up a fight, but he's not happy. While trying to get a little sympathy from his little brother, Evan offhandedly calls Rusty a "loser", which annoys Calvin, who suddenly has somewhere else to be. Way to go, Evan.

After the dodgeball disaster, Frannie has a change of heart about her relationship with Evan. She decides to cut the ties for good. She tells a woeful tale of how her mother chose love over money and got shafted in the end, and how that family history made Frannie swear to make the same error. But that's no reason to have a loveless life, so buh-bye Evan. They both seem relieved.

Speaking of loveless. Rusty's avoiding the KT house. He's not over Jordan yet, and he keeps running into her and Andy there. He decides to hermit it up for a while but, soon as he does, he discovers that Dale's got alock on the whole shut-in thing. Dude hasn't left the house in weeks, except for classes. He's even attending church online! Rusty goes to Max for help, and they try to stage an intervention. But it doesn't work.

So Rusty decides to get out the big guns: He calls his KT brothers over for a party. Ah, but Dale counterstrikes by turning into the best housewife ever and making snacks for the brothers. Cappie and the guys fold like a cheap suit under the onslaught of fresh-baked cookies. the party in on!

But the hangover is nasty. Remember the landlady? Who has a thing for Dale? Well, she's been using his spotlessly clean apartment as a showpieces for prospective tenants (it's the demo apartment, after all). So when she comes in the next morning to show the place and finds food cans and KTs drapped over the couches like, well, like cheap suits, she issues an immediate eviction notice. Oh, no! But Dale mans up. He goes to see her, working his unusual charms as hard as he can. Sure enough, he smooth-talks his way into a new apartment -- and what looks like a landlady-shaped girlfriend. It might be gross if it were anyone but Dale.
