The CRU ZBZ officers hit the National Convention, where they run into Lizzi, Tegan, and the whole ZBZ Nationals gang. Frannie formally proposes a legislative change: that any ZBZ officer removed from office be allowed to stand for office again. Casey has two days to lobby the council to keep the ban (or she'll have to run against Frannie for the presidency).

Back at CRU, a fire marshal shows up to rain on Kappa Tau's parade: The guys have 30 days to raise six grand to pay their violations and buy a new sprinkler system. Luckily, Max can't find a place to host the engineers' Galileo Party. Rusty steps in to offer the KT house for the geek bash, and Cappie's totally down with renting out the house for parties it's like getting paid for recreation!

Turns out Frannie was the one who dimed Rebecca's Greek Week behavior in to Nationals! Tegan's on Frannie's side in the epic battle for the ZBZ presidency, but she's had enough of Lizzi. Tegan offers her vote on the bylaw committee if Casey will get Lizzi off her back.

While Frannie's away at Nationals, Evan will play. He goes to Dobler's with Calvin to cruise chicks. Calvin tries to keep him from cheating on Frannie, but Evan's not hearing him he gives Calvin a speech about living life in the fast lane while you're still young. Calvin needs to take some of his own advice on being faithful, because he hooks up with Heath after the Galileo Party. And Evan, it turns out, didn't cheat on Frannie at all. Whoops, Calvin!

The Galileo bash is surprisingly active: Cappie finds himself competing with Max for Rusty's attention; Dale accidentally gets drunk on spiked fruit punch and loses his pants; and Beaver hooks up with a cute engineering girl who speaks Elvish (the mythical language of Elves). But it turns out that the engineers are too wild for even Cappie to handle. Max has a little too much to drink and spouts off that the reason Casey and Cappie broke up is that Cappie's a hard partier. Awkward! Cappie chugs down a cup of the engineers' lethal hooch and wanders away in a funk. Later, a very tanked Cappie confronts Rusty about both Cartwrights liking Max better than they like him.

The next day, Max comes by with nerds to help clean up KT, and he even brings Cappie his patented hangover cure. Cappie's not impressed, not even when Max offers to bring the sprinkler system up to code.

Casey drops in on Lizzi, who's having a drink. Or two. Lizzi's tired of her job. Casey manipulates Lizzi into quitting, then gets some advice about integrity from an elder sister, who tells Casey to stop being afraid and to confront her problems directly. Casey regrets having tricked Lizzi into quitting, so she and Ashleigh give Lizzi an attitude and hair makeover. After Frannie's big vote, Casey's elder sister turns out to be a congresswoman, which leads Casey to consider a career in politics outside of ZBZ.
