Aw yeah! The wait is over: It's Spring Break! Everybody at CRU is ready to cut loose at Myrtle Beach, SC (except Dale, who's going turkey hunting). Equipped with his new fake ID, Rusty's all set for his first college-style Spring Break with the KTs. And Casey's all set for a week of drama-free vacation so she can get her life together without all her presidential duties getting in the way. She's even got a Spring Break to-do list from freshman year that she's been meaning to finish off. Things are gonna be great, right?

Maybe not. Things don't start off super-great. Rusty's motel sucks, and his suitcase is missing. Casey's hotel isn't too bad ... except that all the ZBZs have to cram into just two rooms. Fun stuff. But it's not all bad. Right off the bat, Ash meets a totally hot guy. Except that he disappears before she can get his name. So Ash is set on tracking down her "Hot Ness Monster."

Meanwhile, it looks like the Omegas have come down to Myrtle Beach too. Evan's trying to get over Casey, while Calvin just wishes he were back at CRU with his new beau, Michel. Cappie isn't going to mess with the Omegas -- he's just there to party. Or he would be, if Rebecca didn't plan on keeping him to herself. Cappie tries to be a good boyfriend and treat her right, but that doesn't stop him from hanging with Casey a little ... 'cause they're friends. Rusty's all set to party too, but it turns out he can't use his Chad Stewart ID -- 'cause the REAL Chad Stewart is at Myrtle, too. Tough break, Rusty. He leaves the bar, disappointed, and runs into his ex-friend Calvin. They haven't talked since the Prank War. Awwwwkwaaard.

Trying to check some more stuff off her list, Casey enters a sandcastle-building contest. Ash is helping, but she cuts out when she thinks she sees her "monster." So Cappie steps in to help out. Of course Rebecca spots them and is not pleased, though she doesn't say anything.

Rusty isn't pleased either: The whole Spring Break thing has turned into a big asthma-inducing letdown, so he bails and takes the first bus back to CRU. Turns out he's not the only one heading back. So's Calvin. Same bus. Fun trip. And it gets even more fun when the bus breaks down and they both have to start walking back to CRU.

Back at Myrtle, the party's really starting to get wild, but everybody's having problems. Evan doesn't seem to be having much trouble finding girls to take his mind off Casey, but he's decided he'd rather be with Frannie. Except Frannie isn't really interested anymore. Meanwhile, a really PO'd Rebecca flips out on an outdoor stage and is about ready to be a girl who's gone wild, when Cappie and Casey see her and try to stop her. Seeing the two of them together gets her even madder, so she dumps Cappie on the spot. Oh yeah, and Cappie gets punched out by some drunk guy.

Stuck on the road together, Calvin and Rusty finally start talking, but that just makes them fight again. Until Dale comes to the rescue with his car. But then he refuses to take them anywhere till they work out their issues.

Down at the beach, Casey's helping a woozy Cappie, and they get to talking. Just like in the song, talking turns to kissing. Yay! That's good, right? Nope. Turns out Rebecca was so bent out of shape because her senator dad was caught Spitzer-style with a scandal on the horizon. So Cappie, good guy that he is, has to pretend the kiss never happened and go help out Rebecca. She needs him. Poor Casey. She has to pretend she doesn't.

But it's not all sad stuff. Rusty and Calvin manage to get rid of their bad blood and be friends again. Thanks, Dale! In Evan-related news, Mr. Chambers manages to convince Frannie that he's through with Casey, and they finally wind up kissing for real. So we're, uh, happy about that, right? Anyway, Casey isn't too broken up about the Cappie thing. She still manages to enjoy the sunrise with her best friend, Ashleigh, who's got a new lead on her Monster ... she has his missing flip-flop. Oh, and we know he goes to CRU. Guess we just might see him again back at school. As the show ends, Casey and Ash are going skinny-dipping ... but they're not alone.
