Flashpoint Episode 2.03 Clean Hands

The SRU team is assigned the task of transporting and protecting an infamous serial killer. The grief-stricken father of one of the killer's victims, Walter, finds out that he is being extradited back to the U.S for a mental evaluation and decides to go after the killer and make him pay for his crimes. It turns out that he is not the only family member of a victim that wants revenge and the team discovers that a Federal agent who they have been working with in the transporting of the killer was involved in the planning of the attack by Walter on the killer. When the agent is exposed she takes the initiative and goes after the killer with the intent to finish what she started; the team faces the moral dilemma of whether or not they should shoot a fellow officer to save a serial killer.
