Synopsis

The SRU team is called to the business district in order to diffuse the situation of three hard - working men, having lost everything in a mortgage scheme, take the CEO of the mortgage company hostage and are threatening not only to shoot him but one of them wants to turn himself into a human torch and burn down the building as well.

Still recovering from Jules being shot, the team reluctantly looks at recruits to fill her spot while she recovers; they are all impressed by the skills of a female recruit, Donna, but Parker has his apprehensions.
