Synopsis

At a hockey game between ICE and DEA agents, a shot is fired Killing one of the ICE agents is shot. The team investigates,OA goes there and finds a congressman there and he uses the incident to promote his campaign and to voice his feelings about immigrants and his stance on the need to deport undesirables. When an Immigration Judge is killed they think the killer is the same. They think the congressman could be the next target but OA is hesitant to protect the man but he does.
