Synopsis

Conan and Kogoro are enjoying a meal at an Italian bar in an alley while chatting with the owner Yamaura when the wall is suddenly demolished. The culprit is Kusumi, the owner of the alley, who has been harassing shop owners who refuse to vacate the alley. One shop owner even died from the stress.
