Jimmy negotiates with Lansky and Luciano in New York. Chalky deals with his cellmate after being arrested for his own protection from the Klan. In Atlantic City, Nucky is released from jail, and becomes aware of the forces uniting against him, as well as funding the Irish for secession from Britain. Margaret burns the evidence that may lead to Nucky's demise.
