Ashley, Michael and Daris are talking about the strength of their alliance. Meanwhile, Koli's in his room missing Sam when Sunshine stops by to talk. They agree - the other players are crazy to have eliminated Sam and keep Michael, since Michael's the bigger threat.

Everyone's shocked when Ali informs there will be no elimination vote this week. The player with the lowest percentage of weight loss will automatically go home. Koli's thrilled because he now knows that Ashley and Daris are regretting their votes from last week.

Ali introduces two special guests, past Biggest Loser winners Erik Chopin and Helen Phillips. The players are shocked to see that Erik has ballooned up to 300 pounds, despite having recently lost 70 pounds. Everyone listens to Erik's story of spiraling out of control after he won.

Helen takes Ashley aside to talk about what she's going through while Erik takes Daris aside. Daris admits he's scared of what life will be like outside the ranch. Both Erik and Helen tell the players they need to embrace their new bodies and not fall victim to their old habits.

Michael wants to talk to both Helen and Erik about his progress on the show. Michael knows how far he's come, but he also knows he has a lot more weight to lose. Erik and Helen warn Michael not to get caught up in numbers.

The players are working out in the gym when Bob and Jillian stop by. Both trainers notice the amount of tension on the ranch, especially since the last elimination vote was so clearly divided between Sam and Michael. Michael tells the trainers about this week's red line.

The trainers instantly put the players to work in the gym. Bob wants to gauge where Michael's head is at in the game, advising him to concentrate on how far he's come. Michael should try not to look at his current weight as a setback.setback

Michael finally flips out and storms out of the gym. Bob runs after him, demanding to know why Michael had a tantrum. Michael says the pressure's getting to him; everyone's against him. Bob tells Michael he needs to focus on himself or he'll fall below the red line.

The players meet Ali on top of a giant hill, where she explains their latest challenge. Each player has to carry the amount of weight they have lost. The course is made up of a series of 16 hills, with each hill representing one week they've spent on the ranch. After each hill, the players will shed the amount of weight they lost in that week on the ranch. The person who finishes the challenge first will win $10,000. The challenge is designed to remind them how much more weight they were carrying just 16 weeks ago.

The players feel better and better with each hill they climb over, knowing they'll be shedding more weight. Ashley struggles with the challenge. She still can't believe she allowed herself to get so heavy in the first place. Daris wins the challenge, then turns back to help the players who are still struggling to finish.

The players congratulate Daris on his big win. Ali gives Daris one very big decision to make: he can either collect the $10,000 or accept a one-pound advantage at the weigh-in. Daris accepts the one-pound advantage over the money.

The players go to Wal-Mart to check out the latest in workout gear and are surprised to see Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo waiting for them. Tony reminds the players that they're inspiring all the people who watch the show, including him.

Tony wants to know what the players have planned after shopping for their workout clothes. Bob tells him they're all running up the mountain that's close by. When Tony asks if he can come, the players welcome him to join their jog up the mountain. Bob encourages them during their run.

When the gang returns to the ranch, Bob and Jillian take each one individually to another room. Each player watches their journey in a video that starts their first weigh-in. The players are moved to tears, witnessing the progress they've made in only 16 weeks on the ranch, and vow to never be that "before" person, again.

Everyone gets ready for the weigh-in. Daris ends up losing the highest percentage of weight, winning a home cooked meal by Curtis Stone. Meanwhile, Sunshine has the lowest percentage of weight loss and falls below the red line, meaning she's eliminated.
