The players all meet with Ali outside, where she tells them the news that they will be speaking in front of an audience about their Biggest Loser experience and talking about inspiring others. The players are nervous about public speaking. But, before they can work on their speech, Ali introduces them to Tim Gunn and Tabatha Coffey.

Each player met up with Tim to discuss what to wear for their makeover. Rebecca started crying because for the first time, she is able to actually shop for clothes that she likes and she can fit into. Rebecca was looking at this makeover as a way of saying goodbye to the girl she used to be and saying hello to the woman she has always wanted to be.

Now it's Tabatha's turn to give the players some major hair makeovers. Rudy is determined to keep his beard, but Tabatha has other ideas. The guys all laugh as they watch Rudy try to squirm his way out of Tabatha's plans to rid him of his beard.

The players each reveal their new look to Tim, just before they are to take the stage and give an inspirational speech to 300 people. But, before they give their speech, Tim has one more surprise for them. He reunites each one with their loved ones to show off their new looks.

After their tearful reunions, the players get ready to give their speeches. As each player takes the stage, they are greeted with a standing ovation and loud applause from the audience, including Bob, Jillian, and Ali. The audience is moved to tears listening to the players recount their lives as obese people.

During Rudy's speech, he reveals that his sister died of cancer and that was always something very hard to live with. Jillian looks at Bob and both can't believe Rudy never shared this story with them while on the ranch. Rudy admits he always wanted to lose weight to make his sister proud.

The next morning, the players meet with Ali at the bottom of a canyon. Ali explains that this week's challenge is pulling themselves along a zip-line rope and a chair, from one side of the canyon to the other, a distance of 700 feet. The winner of the challenge will win a two-week trip for their family to the new Biggest Loser resort in St. George, Utah.

Liz has an early freak-out when she sees how high she is above the ground, but Rebecca gives her a pep talk. Rudy takes an early lead and he keeps it. When he reaches the finish line, he's there to encourage the other players to keep pulling themselves to the end.

Back at the ranch, the trainers are happy to hear the players all conquered their last challenge, but they also remind everybody there is a last-chance workout waiting for them. Bob holds Allen back and wants to know why he keeps losing to Rudy in challenges, when Allen should prove he's just as strong. Allen admits that his strategy is part of the game play.

The trainers are happy to have the players on the ranch because now it is time for the last-chance workout. The players are reminded that they have to cram one week's worth of working out into their last-chance workout.

Jillian takes Rudy outside for a little one-on-one time. She wants to try to get through to him about dealing with his sister's death. The death she just found out about during his inspirational speech. She wants to let Rudy know that he needs to stop turning to food to help deal with his feelings because he'll just gain the weight back when he goes back home.

The players are quickly brought back to reality when they head to the weigh-in. Ali reminds them that they may have had a week of pampering and new looks, but now it is time to see who has fallen below the yellow line.

Danny is the first person to weigh in for the players. He's very happy to see he's lost 12 pounds. Ali reveals Danny has lost double-digit pounds six weeks in a row. He promises he will be below 300 pounds the following week. Ali jokes that Danny has lost 126 pounds and that's a whole Jillian.

After the results are in from the weigh-in, it's Liz and Rebecca who find themselves below the yellow line. Both women make their plea to stay on the ranch. Rebecca reminds the players she's never been below the yellow line and Liz has seen herself below the yellow line three times before.

Arguments heat up at the elimination when Rudy accuses Rebecca of game playing behind his back. She defends all of her actions, but Rudy stands by his accusations. It's Rudy's final vote that eliminates Rebecca from The Biggest Loser.
