After the weigh-in, Tracey is beginning to see some players turn on her, including Shay, who thinks Tracey was hoping to send the orange team home by having Shay weigh in over Daniel. Later on, Bob and Jillian have a talk with the players in the gym, reminding them to always fight to stay on the ranch, always.

Now that all the players are back to their workouts, Jillian wants to find out why some of them got so heavy in the first place, starting with Julio. Julio keeps telling Jillian his family makes him happy and he has no idea how he packed on the pounds. But, she presses him to get to the root of his weight gain and Julio promises to dig deep to get answers.

Tracey meets with Dr. H, hoping to hear some good news about her ability to work out. Unfortunately, Dr. H tells Tracey her injury has worsened and she has to completely stop doing any physical exercise on the ranch. She fills Mo in about her status and he's shocked about the results.

The players all gather in the kitchen to find Ali in front of a padlocked refrigerator. The players are shocked to find out they have to learn how to eat out for the entire week. Ali gives the teams a pop challenge. The team who wins the challenge will win a kitchen stocked with healthy items at home for an entire year.

The teams have to guess which of various meals have the least calories. The pink, brown, and orange teams are all correct in their guessing and now Ali has to settle a three-way tie. Ali says that whoever gets the closest to guessing the amount of calories in the lowest-calorie meal, will win the groceries. The pink team wins the guessing game.

The players are beginning to see how difficult it is to order off of restaurant menus, especially when they have so many restrictions with their orders. Everyone vents their frustrations to the trainers on how hard it is to order a simple meal. Bob and Jillian offer to take the teams out to dinner and show them what they can eat.

Bob and Jillian take the players to a Mexican restaurant to teach them what they can order and what they should avoid. The first lesson to learn is to bring the calorie counter, which all the players have failed to do. But, after ordering their meals, the trainers are satisfied with choices the players have made.

The players all meet at a water park for their latest challenge, which involves hanging above a pool to test strength endurance. The player who hangs above the pool the longest wins immunity for their team. The challenge comes down to Daniel and Allen hanging on. In the end, Daniel wins the challenge and immunity for himself and Shay.

The trainers are growing nervous with their players because they have no idea what they've been eating for the last week, since the kitchen was closed to them. Bob and Jillian take their frustrations out on their players during the last-chance workout.

Liz is actually feeling like she's gained weight this week and is determined to push herself more than ever. Even if that means falling to the floor during her attempts. Meanwhile, the trainers want to instill in the players that everybody should be moving during the last-chance workout.

Tracey is growing more and more frustrated with not being able to join the rest of the players in the gym for the last-chance workout. Meanwhile, Mo is feeling more pressure in the gym because he's representing the purple team and he knows they have a mark on their backs because of Tracey.

While Mo continues to push himself in the gym, he suffers a setback and is forced to have a physician check him out. After clenching his back in pain, he tells Bob he's done and leaves the gym. Bob feels terrible because he knows the emotional pain Mo must be feeling, too. Mo goes back inside the gym and agrees to push himself harder in order to stay on the ranch.

It's time for the weigh-in and the players are all nervous. Since the orange team won immunity, they get to weigh in first and everybody is shocked when Daniel loses... nothing. Ali accuses Daniel of playing the game, because he knew he had immunity and would have a big weight loss next week. The trainers agree with Ali's theory.

The brown team of Liz and Danny and the black team of just Julio have fallen below the yellow line at the weigh-in and are now up for elimination. Ali tells the players they have one hour to figure out who should be eliminated this week. Danny, Liz, and Julio make tearful pleas to stay on the ranch.

The teams all reveal whom they voted for and in the end, Julio finds out he's going home. Julio doesn't hold any grudges and says he was lucky to just be chosen for the show in the first place, and he refuses to quit when he goes back home.
