Mike was shocked on how many teammates voted to eliminate Ron during the last elimination. Ron thanked those who voted to keep him on. The players who voted against him were beginning to feel awkward with his presence on the ranch, especially when Ron felt Sione and Filipe were lying to him.

The players all met in the gym to find out about the temptation challenge. They found a tower of silver trays. Ali told the players that each of them would be lifting the tray covers to see what was underneath. Some had sweets, some had sticks of sugarless gum with money attached and one had a golden ticket for the one and only vote at the elimination.

Since this was a temptation challenge, the players had the choice to search the trays. But, before moving on to the next tray in search of the golden ticket, they had to eat what was under their first tray. The players were digging in, in search of the golden ticket. They consumed thousands of calories until Laura won the golden ticket. Kristin didn't wish that kind of power on anybody.

Even though Ron won $1,500, Filipe won $500, and Laura won $5,000 and the golden ticket, all the players still consumed massive amounts of calories and had to clean up after themselves in the gym. Bob and Jillian walked in and were not happy with all the junk food wrappers on the floor.

As the trainers listened to the players reveal how many calories they consumed, the angrier they got. When Bob found out how close the vote was the last time, he realized why it was so important to win the golden ticket. He sensed tension between Sione, Filipe and Ron and knew Ron would be after revenge. Afterwards, Bob and Jillian had fun making the players burn off every calorie.

Kristin knew she was going to have to kiss up to Laura since Laura had all the power. Kristin woke Laura up with a nutritious breakfast in bed. Laura loved all the attention and milked it for what it was worth.

Jillian took her players to the local Subway for lunch. They were surprised when last season's father and daughter team of Coleen and Jerry showed up. The players were so happy to see that it is possible to keep the weight off after the show. Especially, Jerry, who had continued to lose weight after "The Biggest Loser." Coleen and Jerry gave the players tips on eating healthy while on the go.

The players all gathered at Pasadena's Rose Bowl stadium to hear about their next challenge. They were looking forward to a game of football, but were shocked when Ali told them the challenge would involve climbing all 2,156 stairs up the stadium. The winner of the challenge would get to share their prize with their family, a paid trip for four to a fitness resort and spa in St. George, Utah.

Each player was climbing each row of stairs and noticing how much tougher the challenge got with every step. The first male and female players to complete the entire challenge and grab their colored flag and return to the 50-yard line would face off and have to do the challenge, again. In the end, it was Tara and Sione as the two finalists. The race was close, but Tara beat Sione and won the trip.

Helen approached Laura while on a walk and started talking about who Laura should eliminate. Laura was surprised when Helen put in Laura's head that it wouldn't be a terrible idea to vote off the biggest competition on the ranch: Tara. Laura was surprised, but began to see Helen's true motives. She also wondered if Helen was playing both teams on the ranch in order to stay.

Bob was worrying about his team and their focus on game play. He was getting tired of Ron, Sione, and Filipe nitpicking on one another and wanted them to just focus on the reasons why they were on the ranch. He also told his team that they needed to keep an eye on Tara, because nothing could be put past her.

During the last-chance workout, Jillian was having a hard time pushing Tara. She was worried that Tara really was planning on throwing her weight at the weigh-in. When it came time to the final weigh-in, Tara lost three pounds and Jillian was certain she did it on purpose, though Tara and Laura swear the small weight loss wasn't planned. Tara was getting tired of the judging looks, especially from Jillian.

Laura's main concern was staying above the yellow line so she could use her golden ticket at the weigh-in. But, then the realization that Laura would be sending somebody home sunk in and she began to cry and feel overwhelmed. In the end, Laura would have to choose to send either Helen or Sione home.

Both Helen and Sione had some one-on-one time with Laura to plead their case on why they should stay. Afterwards, Laura, Helen and Sione met in the elimination room to hear what Laura had decided. Laura wanted to make it clear that her decision had nothing to do with game play, but Laura felt Helen had supported her more on the ranch. Sione was eliminated, but couldn't wait to go back home and share all that he'd learned with his family and community.
