The Blue team walked into the living room to see the Black team. The Black team was shocked to see Aubrey still on the ranch and Cathy gone. Aubrey admitted that Cathy volunteered to go home so Aubrey could stay. Kristin was struggling with not having her mom there and Tara got up to give her a big hug.

The next day, Ali told the players that from here on out, they would all go back to playing for their individual colors. The players all loved that idea. Mike had lost the most weight on the ranch and Ali held up his original Brown shirt and gave him his smaller one. Ali also told the players they got to choose their own trainers.

Bob and Jillian met the players in the gym and waited to hear their answers. Jillian thought it was a cruel scenario to make players choose, but it was what they had to do. In the end, Bob was going to train Sione, Filipe, Ron, Kristin and Aubrey while Jillian was going to train Helen, Mike, Laura, and Tara.

The players all hit the gym to train with their chosen trainers. Kristin was becoming frustrated when Bob was using his focus on Sione and Filipe. She was able to get Bob outside to express her concern and told Bob she needed him now more than ever.

The players met Ali outside for their challenge. They each found assigned tables and on the tables, the total amount of weight they had lost, written on five-pound blocks. Part one of the challenge was to take those blocks and add them to another player's scale. Part two of the details were to come after the blocks were all distributed. This was a way to see how the players really felt about their competition. Everybody ganged up on Tara.

Tara was definitely feeling ganged up on at the challenge. Ali told them that part two of the challenge would come later. Tara wanted to be left alone, but Aubrey let her know she shouldn't take the challenge so personally. Tara just walked away from Aubrey. Laura was there to comfort Tara on her walk.

The players all took a field trip to the racetrack where there were damaged racecars, each representing a player. NASCAR champion Clint Bowyer showed up to tell them about the second part of the challenge. The players would pull their assigned car for nearly a half a mile. Each player would have the weight that was added to their scale in part one of the challenge to the car they had to pull.

Even with all the extra weight tacked onto her car, Tara was able to pass up the competition and win the challenge and immunity for the week. Tara also won a few laps around the track with Clint behind the wheel. She couldn't wait to share her story with Jillian.

The trainers were giving their players a last-chance workout they would never forget. Each player felt extra secure working out with the trainer that they had chosen for themselves. Both Tara and Kristin were fighting to be the first woman to ever lose 100 pounds while on the ranch.

Since Tara had immunity from the challenge, she was the first one to be weighed at the weigh-in. She lost a total of three pounds, but that wasn't enough to be the first woman to lose one hundred pounds on the ranch. She was really disappointed, but it was Kristin who was shocked.

Kristin was the next to be weighed in. She lost a total of eight pounds, breaking the record and making her the first woman to lose a hundred pounds on the ranch. Kristin had lost a total of 108 pounds so far! All the players gave her a wild round of applause. Kristin couldn't believe how far she had come in such little time and credited it all to working out with the right people. She just wished her mom could have been there for her milestone.

Bob gushed about how proud he was of Kristin and her accomplishment. He assured her that Cathy may not be there physically, but part of her was in that room cheering her daughter on.

Ron lost a total of ten pounds, but was worried that his weight loss could possibly push Mike below the yellow line. Bob wanted Ron to take a minute to think about his accomplishment and celebrate. Filipe became emotional and was reminded of how close he wanted to be with his own father and now had the chance, since the show had given him his life back.

Aubrey and Filipe found themselves below the yellow line when the weigh-in was all done. The players had a tough decision on whom to eliminate. Aubrey wasn't ready to go home, but Filipe encouraged the players to all vote with their hearts.

In the end, the majority of the votes went to Aubrey. Ron voted for Aubrey because he wanted her to go home and help save the life of her morbidly obese dad. Before Aubrey left, she credited all the players for their support and thanked them for giving her the chance to be on the ranch.
