Bob's team was still feeling emotional over having to eliminate Jerry. Dan wanted to make it clear about how appreciative he was that his team had spared him, allowing him to stay on the ranch.

Ali welcomed the teams to the third temptation. On a table were fattening and delicious snacks, marked with how many calories they had. Ali told the teams that their partners at home had the opportunity to eat what they wanted on the table, and that now it was their chance. The team with the combined total of the most calories eaten would be able to return home for twenty four hours with their trainer.

Each team member had five minutes alone with the temptation food. As they looked at the delicious food, they also contemplated what their teammate had decided to do when they were in the same situation.

After the teammates survived their alone time in the temptation room, Ali revealed what their partners at home had eaten. Filipe was surprised when Sione revealed all the food he consumed so Filipe would come home, armed with his trainer. So far, Sione and Filipe were in the lead for consuming the most calories.

Joelle was happy to reveal she didn't eat any of the food but Carla on the other hand consumed over 2,000 calories to get her best friend home. Joelle began gloating in front of everybody that she was going to be heading home. This was making Mandi more and more upset, because she desperately wanted to see her sons.

Back in the gym, Bob got the news about the temptation round. He was shocked to find out that he would be packing his bags to head to Detroit with Joelle to visit Carla. Bob couldn't wait to inform Carla that Joelle has been just getting by on the ranch, and hoped that Carla might be able to knock some sense into her teammate.

While Bob was in Detroit, Jillian was training with her team in the gym. She noticed Mandi breaking down on the treadmill and had a talk with her outside. Mandi confessed she was hitting a wall and feeling so alone without her children and husband. Jillian wanted her to look at the entire time on the ranch as a learning experience.

Bob was training Joelle and Carla in Detroit, when the women started fighting over Joelle's lack of motivation. Both teammates were testing Bob's patience. He wanted his Silver team to start trusting each other, because that was the only way they were going to be successful.

Dr. H took the time to visit with the players on the ranch. He made them take a good look at their medication they were taking and reminded them they had the opportunity to throw away their dependence on pills by just getting healthier and losing the excess weight.

The players all gathered outside to hear about their challenge. Ali informed them that they would be jumping over beams and the player jumping for the longest time would win the challenge and immunity for the weigh in. Second season winner, Matt held the record for the player who lasted the longest in the jumping challenge and that lasted for 40 minutes.

The two remaining players in the challenge were Kristin and Tara and they lasted over two hours, breaking the previous record. Finally, Kristin missed a step and broke the Styrofoam beam, making Tara the winner. Kristin broke down because she really wanted to win for Bob's team, but her teammates were still proud of her.

Bob was back at the ranch and happy to be reunited with his team again. He warned them that their last-chance workout was going to be a tough one because he had been away for the last couple of days. Meanwhile, his team was still having a hard time with Joelle's lack of participation.

Bob targeted working on the youngest player on the ranch, Mike, and pushed him to the point of tears. Mike considered Bob's job accomplished! Mike later described the pain as so intense he thought his feet were on fire and were going to explode.

It was Dan's turn to be weighed in and he, as well as everybody else, celebrated with cheers when the scale revealed that he had lost 15 pounds. Unfortunately, that definitely put Damien below the yellow line. The last person to weigh in was Kristin and she had to lose more than six pounds to stay above the yellow line. She lost seven pounds. This determined that Damien and Joelle were the two players up for elimination.

Joelle was almost certain she was going to be voted off the ranch. Tara had asked her if she really wanted to be there and Joelle hesitated. Meanwhile, Bob was most certain that if Joelle headed home, Carla was going to be so angry.

At the elimination, so far, all the players had revealed for Joelle to go home. Blaine threw a curve ball when he picked Damien to be the player to go home. He thought Damien could be much more successful back home, than Joelle. Tara and Mandi had both thought that Carla deserved to come back to the ranch, so they voted for Damien as well.

Dan had to cast the final vote on who would be voted off the ranch. He, too, thought about who needed the experience more and who would be more successful at home. He voted to eliminate Damien. Joelle started crying as Damien was saying his good-byes.
