Michelle and Renee were both heartbroken once Coleen left the ranch. They felt Amy made a big mistake casting the final vote on Coleen and thought life on the ranch would not be the same for the Black team, which consisted of just the mother and daughter.

Bob was so happy to see his team finally work together again. Amy was relieved because she felt that saving Vicky meant that the two could finally bury the hatchet. Heba knew that even though Amy didn't eliminate Vicky the previous week, Vicky was still planning her revenge on Amy. Vicky admitted she still didn't trust Amy.

Ali surprised the players and told them that NFL superstars Steve Young and Jerry Rice were outside to work out with them. Ed was so happy, he credited it to his childhood dreams coming true. Steve and Jerry challenged the players to an NFL-like obstacle course. The winner would get $5,000 from NFL 360 to donate to a school of their choice. Jerry and Steve threw in another $5,000, making the total $10,000.

The challenge was every player completed an obstacle course, then they found out they had to do it again and beat their time. Whoever beat the best time on the second round would win the challenge. Vicky won the challenge and some of the other players felt she knew what she was doing the whole time and scammed them all.

Bob was getting more and more concerned about Ed, who was lacking in his workouts. Ed snapped back at Bob when he felt he was being pushed too much. Jillian was having a great time watching Bob get angry with his team.

The players all met up at a giant football stadium for their next challenge. The players caught flying footballs and each had to run across the field to set the ball down. When a player caught a flying ball, they received $500, and the last player standing would get tickets to the Pro Bowl along with the tickets to Hawaii to watch the game.

At the end of the challenge, Vicky was the last player remaining. She couldn't wait to tell Brady that they were going to the Pro Bowl. Michelle and Renee knew that Vicky had the whole Blue team fooled.

The players walked into the kitchen and were surprised to see Rocco waiting for them. He was standing in front of a table filled with turkey, stuffing, pies, and all the other delicious food that is served on Thanksgiving. Rocco fooled everybody into thinking they were going to eat the food, but said he was kidding and was about to show them how to prepare a healthy Thanksgiving dinner.

After Rocco had the players all learn how to prepare Thanksgiving the healthy way, he showed them the presents on each of their chairs. Everybody was surprised to find Rocco's latest recipe book and an official NFL jersey from their home team.

After dinner, Rocco told the players that they had video messages from their loved ones waiting for them in the next room. It was very emotional for all of the players, who took turns listening to the words of inspiration from their friends and families.

Michelle and Renee couldn't believe how much Vicky was snowing her own team. They really wished Amy had voted her off when she had the chance, but that didn't happen. The two remaining members of the Black team knew they had to win the weigh-in to stay in the game.

Michelle and Renee were working out with Jillian in the gym and Bob walked in and talked about feeling a weird vibe in the gym. Jillian told her team the only thing Bob was going to feel was an "ass-kicking." Bob loved thinking about the possibility of all the finalists being Blue team members.

Renee and Michelle were getting tired of the Blue team and their bullying. As they were all working out, they would overhear comments being made by the Blue team about getting rid of the Black team at elimination. Meanwhile, Bob was pushing his team to focus on their last-chance workout.

Jillian was so relieved to see Renee's hard work had paid off. She lost a total of eight pounds for the week and not only that, but she now weighed 199 pounds. She had broken through the 200-pound barrier, and became emotional on the scale.

Jillian was so happy for Renee and now it was Michelle's turn to get on the scale. Jillian almost collapsed with excitement when she saw that Michelle had lost 10 pounds for the week.

Bob's dreams of eliminating the Black team were dashed as he saw both Amy and Heba get pushed below the yellow line. The rest of Bob's Blue team had no choice but to watch Jillian celebrate with her two remaining Black team members.

Vicky had to cast the deciding vote on who would be eliminated and she chose Amy over Heba. Amy wasn't ready to go home, but the rest of the players assured her she would succeed. She said her goodbyes to Ed, Heba, Michelle and Renee and left.

Once Amy was gone, Ali told the remaining five players on the ranch that it was time for them to pack their bags, too. They looked worried, until Ali told them they were all going to New York City for makeovers. The players all shrilled with excitement.

Even though Amy couldn't go to New York City for a makeover, she was able to go to her favorite boutique and buy clothes that she couldnt fit into before. Her family and friends were all present for her homecoming and her mother was overjoyed with her success.
