The Black team walked in on the Blue team to announce that they had voted Phil off. They were hoping the Blue team would feel a little remorseful, but they didn't. Instead, the Blue team laughed at the Black team's news.

Later on in the day, Bob greeted his team and wasn't surprised to hear Phil had gone home. Vicky expressed how happy she was with the Blue team's choice. Bob pointed out that Vicky was the biggest game player to ever be on the show.

The Black team wanted to prove that even with Phil gone, they were still a force to be reckoned with. Jillian pushed them hard in the gym; she wasn't about to see another member of the Black team go home.

Both teams met up in the gym and found Ali there. She hinted that maybe some eliminated players would be coming back. Just then, Phil walked in and one by one, more eliminated players walked in. Heba was moved to tears to see Ed walk into the gym.

As all the eliminated players were pouring in, Coleen noticed her father was absent. She began to worry about why he wasn't there. Ali assured Coleen that her father's absence had nothing to do with his health and it was because he had to work. She was still very sad that she wasn't able to see him. But Jerry had been able to weigh-in earlier, and Coleen was thrilled to find out he had lost 41 pounds so far.

Each eliminated player was weighed in and Ali revealed one of them would win the chance to come back. Phil shocked everybody when it was revealed he'd lost 68 pounds. Vicky didn't hold back and said that everybody deserved a chance to be back on the ranch except for Phil. If weight loss was what determined who would come back to the ranch, Phil would have won. The determining factor was going to be whoever won the next night's challenge.

Vicky's comments at the weigh-in had made Amy very upset. Later on, Phil decided to confront Vicky on her remarks. Brady stepped in and faced off with Phil, but Phil wasn't looking for that kind of fight and walked away. The other teams were embarrassed by what the Blue team had become.

The trainers were so happy to see the eliminated players back on the ranch. Bob and Jillian were both in shock with how much weight their players had lost and they were so proud of their teams. Amy was moved to tears when Bob told her she had what it took to win it all.

The eliminated players were prepared for their challenge, to take 1,000 steps. The first person to step up and step down would win a chance to come back to the ranch. The players still on the ranch were not going to participate. They were going to be spectators.

Stacey was determined to win the challenge and come back to the ranch. LT was right next to her cheering her on and that just made her step up and step down faster. It turned into a very tight race between Ed and Stacey for the battle of 1,000 steps.

Ed was the first one to get to 1,000 steps, beating Stacey by only 13 steps. He joined his new team, but all the women gathered around Stacey to celebrate the fact she was so close to winning. Stacey was moved to tears that she could be considered an inspiration to the rest of the women on the ranch.

Bob was shocked to learn that Ed was back on the Blue team. Vicky reminded Bob that Ed was immune at the weigh-in and that meant five Blue team members to three Black team members. Vicky was hoping that she, Heba, Ed and Brady would be the final four in the end.

Both teams were in the kitchen hanging out when last season's winner, Ali, showed up to greet them. They were so happy to see her and Coleen even described it as surreal. Especially since Coleen had closely followed Ali's journey on the show the previous season.

In order for the players to try new foods, they were blindfolded and introduced to healthy foods based on taste and not looks. As a reward for the players still being on the ranch, Prevention Magazine gave each of them $5,000 worth of groceries to start fresh with eating healthy.

Jillian found her Black team feeling really blue and wanted to know why. They told Jillian the truth -- that there was a challenge and the winner of the challenge was able to come back and that player was Ed. Jillian became nervous for her team. But, it also made her push them harder during their last-chance workout.

Ed was having a hard time adjusting to life back on the ranch. He was breathing very heavily and Heba wanted to check in on him. Bob snapped at her and wanted her to concentrate on herself and leave the worrying to Bob.

Later that evening, Renee gave Michelle a card. After reading the card, Michelle gave her mom a big hug. Both women acknowledged how much their relationship had improved since arriving on the ranch. They were both excited to see what the future held for the two of them.

Both teams were getting ready for their weigh-ins. It was the first week that each player was weighing for themselves and not their teams. The Blue team still wanted to concentrate on knocking each Black team member below the yellow line.

After the weigh-in, both Brady and Michelle had fallen below the yellow line. Afterwards, Ali walked the teams into the elimination room and told them they had to be ready to choose who they would eliminate. The players now had to decide who would be the biggest threat compared to team loyalty.

Amy shocked her team by voting for Brady to elimination. She said she had to start thinking about herself and she viewed Brady as competition. Amy's vote made the elimination a tie and because Brady had the lowest weight-loss percentage, he was the one eliminated. He told them all he would be partying with them at the finale.
